The following is the procedure wedding
rooms.
The Special Wedding Rates for reception in 2007 are
as follows:

Please note that the agreed number of Special Wedding
Rate bedrooms holding for the night of a wedding reception
(normally five rooms) will be held for allocation
by the bride and groom only unless otherwise agreed
at the time that the wedding booking is made.
Under the above system any guest other than the bride
or groom ringing to book a room to attend a wedding
reception will be quoted the rate at which we are
selling at that particular time (this rate may vary
from day to day and week to week due to availability
/demand / number of nights of stay / local festivals
etc.)
If you require any more that the customary five bedrooms
for the night of your wedding please inform us of
this when paying your deposit so that, subject to
availability, we can agree to hold extra bedrooms.
Note: Please note that
all rooms booked by the bride and groom on behalf
of wedding guests must be accompanied by contact details
for those guests so that they can be contacted to
secure a deposit, which will guarantee the booking.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 50.00 Euro per
room is required two weeks prior to arrival.
